[redacted] We are truly sorry that you feel this way and that you feel you were treated poorly by usBut the fact of the matter is that once this championship ring came in, we tried to contact you numerous times with no responseIt was over a course of a few monthsWe certainly did not want to send the ring without getting in touch with you, because that runs the issue of you not being aware that it could be left unattended from a delivery serviceAs we specified many times, one piece orders can become a problem in this line of work, as it truly is a volume businessThis order did slip through the cracks at the factory for a short period of time, but that has nothing to do with our customer service as we took every measure with our factory to try and get this done as quickly as possible for youWe are good, honest, hard working people here at Zolnier, and we do a great deal of Philanthropic work for all of our schoolsSo you saying that our practice is shady is quite truthfully uncalled for coming from someone who's football program STILL owes us $3,from this championship order from years ago alreadyAs a matter of fact, we are still ignored on the matter until this dayThat sounds like the true crime here does it not? So while you're telling schools in every district not to do business with us, make sure you tell them about what your program did to us and how we still took your ring order to try and accommodate you regardless of your schools' situationI can guarantee you that no one will sympathize with that type of shyster like behaviorIf you would like, send the ring back and we will issue you a full refundRegards,Zolnier Graduate Supply LLC

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My payment was received over a year ago. The only communication received from the company (ironically) occurred when I registered a complaint with the BBB. In addition this company has given me the run around after several attempts to receive my paid product. Furthermore the ring doesn't have all the inscriptions I requested. Long story short, the customer service was lacking, I continued to get the run around. Also, you'd think they would attempt to do something to amend the issue, but nope, continue to make excuses around what happened. Long story short, the school ordered a set amount of rings that were not paid for at the time I ordered my ring. As a result I have placed into the abyss of non payment, though I had paid separately. This company didn't want to "release" my ring. As a result, until I registered with the BBB, no communication. And in a world of communication, I have records, no emails, no calls. If a company only responds when there is a complaint with the BBB, that explains their customer service. These guys still haven't attempted to take any ownership over their "shady" practices.
