work performed on her car in theinterim and the steps we took absorbing costs related to the oil light issue.There were seven work orders for her car performed between January, through June,Only of these were related to her complaintThe others were repairs due to normalwear and tearWe take issue with her accusationsThe vehicle was driven 30,miles duringthe period in questionThis one fact coupled with our desire to satisfy every customer and todefend our good reputation by paying the entire cost of removing, rebuilding and installing thisengine proves we a reputable and reliable company.Jan - 169,odometer readingThe customer was experiencing a lifter tap noise common on GM enginesShe had been toldby someone unrelated to Delta that she needed a new engine and had brought it to us for thatpurposeSince our practice is to not take the word of unknown sources we ran diagnostics onher engine and concluded that replacing the lifters should resolve the tapping noise issue andavert the more expensive replacement costThe customer agreed to this work and her approvalsignature is on file in our office.Mar- 174,odometer readingAn oil sending unit was replaced under warranty and a new battery was purchased andinstalled.Apr- 175,odometer readingWe performed a tune up on the car.Jun- 180,odometer readingOn June we replaced heater hosesOn June we replaced headlights.Nov- 187,odometer readingWe replaced the oil pressure sensor.Jan- 192,odometer readingWe replaced the transmission cooler lines.Mar- 196,odometer readingAn oil change was performed.Apr- 197,odometer readingWe replaced the oil pump, gaskets, and performed an oil changeWe charged the customer forthe parts at cost and performed the labor at no cost to the customer.Jun- We pulled the engine, sent it to the rebuilder and reinstalled the engine at no cost tothe customer.The customer was not satisfied that I could not give her an exact date she could pick the car up.It is our policy to work to our schedule as closely as possible and not bump one customer in theschedule order in favor of anotherI'm sure our customers appreciate that.Our perspective is that we have done our best to satisfy this customerThis customer hascontinued to bring her car to us for unrelated repairs throughout the period of her complaintWefeel Delta bears no responsibility for further actionWe do apologize for any inconvenience andhope this customer sees fit to continue doing business with us.*** ***Delta AutoCanton, MS

The vehicle was driven 30,000 miles duringthe period in question.
