This company has poor, seemingly none at all, customer service. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls to this company which have been ignored. I ordered products which have been in a "pending" status for a long period of time. I have tried contacting the company for days looking for a status of my order, and to cancel the order, and I can not get in contact with anyone from the company.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] backpackOrder_Number: XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXDesired SettlementAt this point I do not even know if the product I ordered is actually coming to me, it is still in a "pending" status. If the product does arrive, depending on the time it takes, I may require a refund. There was also a duplicate order made by accident that I need to make sure is cancelled or refunded.
