Delta collected a debt and did not notify the original company in regards to payments serviced and failed to notify them about closing the account. Delta is refusing to speak to me and figure this out to get it resolved. This is a account settled and closed on September 30, 2014 and it is still negatively affecting my credit. They are affecting my credit and they won't speak to me because i'm not authorized. How can I not be authorized but yet it's affecting my credit? I need this resolved ASAP.

Delta Outsource Group Inc; *** , called my employer requesting to speak to me which is unacceptable. I was out to lunch and I came back to an email that stated Janet called in regarding an order. My work involves time spent on the phone; I called the number provided to me *** and I got bounced around. *** picked up and took my message I clearly left for *** and not once stopped me to set clarity of their call to me. It dawned on me that when I called the beginning recording did staye Delta outsource group.. Still, doing my job, I called under the impression this was a customer. Finally got *** on the phone and she called me *** then said it was a business matter. I ask what business matter and Janet gave no clear answer. I ask for her manager and it turned out to be ***. *** could not give me real answers why I was being called. I spent a good chunk off my phone time at work dealing with tjhis.
*** had no reason to give for the call and I got no clear answer from manager, ***. I dont owe anything. I filed bamkruptcy in 2015 and I thought something like that was public information. I am currently workung with a company consolidating my ddbt so if tjis is why the call, I dont need to explain furtther to Delta Outsource Group Inc.
I will say around 2016 or 2017 a company was calling me over a loan I supposedly didnt pay . That loan was part of my bamkruptcy and due to harassing calls I was like many others and paid; however in 2018 why was it that I received a check due to a lawsuit against these types of calls? This check came with a letter stating I was part of this lawsuit and got my money back.
Im asking Delta outsource group to not call my place of employment which could potentially put my job in jeopardy all calls recided and do not get a list to call family members as I believe according to other complaints is what you do. This is a false and deceptive way by calling my employment.

I am rejecting this response because:During the time I was on the phone with *** from Delta Outsource she asked me for the number she called me on. I am not understanding that and I will not supply my employment nimber. To remind, when I called Janet back thinking she was a customer, Janet could not provide me with any vital information. You can imagine my confusion and now fear of rhis harassment.

Delta Outsource Group, Inc. requires two part authentication on inbound calls to protect the privacy and the dignity of those we collect. While I will apologize to *** for any inconvenience, I cannot remove a number from further calls unless I know the number and/or the account in question. As I stated in my previous response, I cannot locate an account under *** name, address or telephone number listed in her complaint. I would like nothing better to remove her number from further calls but I need more information to identify the account in question. If she would kindly provide the number that was called to the Revdex.com or contact Delta Outsource Group, Inc.’s Consumer Relations Hotline ***, we will remove the number immediately.

I am rejecting this response because:I have no account with you. I am not providing any phone numbers to you. You called my place of employment during my work hour; what number do you have in your data base. You clearly told me over the phone that you had no information on me, both *** and ***. I dont know your phone systems but it's unheard of to ghost dial a number and then expect me to provide you a number you called me on. Remove me from your list. I read way too many reviews on your company. I aplogize if this sounds frustrating to you, but please understand you called me. Remove my work number off your list.

My debt was sent to Delta after I had been working with *** for a while. I set up automatic payments with Delta for $100 per month. This went on for a while and then without my knowledge, written notification, phone call or any other way of contacting me, they stopped collecting. My income fluctuates drastically during the month and I had no idea the $100 was not coming out. When the company contacted me, the woman was rude and unprofessional questioning my life choices. When transferred to her supervisor to set up the payment he told me to take my tax return and pay them. UNACCEPTABLE!! They gave me the account number they were collecting from and not only was it incorrect, but it was an old account that I have not used for years. This makes no sense. I never gave them this account number. The account they were using is perfectly fine. WORSE though was that my balance is now over $1000 more than when I started due to fees and fines. This is absolutely outrageous.

Attached is the Financial document you requested. Although I don't have a great timeline of the events Delta should have all the information in their database. I would like to know the exact month they stopped taking my payments, what my balance was at that time, why they switched bank account numbers, and why I was never contacted to let me know my payments were not going through. I also want to know why I have never received a statement from this company and why they added over $1000 to the balance. Thank you very much for your help with this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:Both representatives from your company said things to me that were unacceptable. The woman I first spoke to said something like 'how do you not know if you have an extra $100 a month?'. That was incredibly rude. I am a single mom working seven days a week. My income fluctuates every month. The second person I talked to aggressively told me to use my income tax return to pay you. Neither of these responses are ok. In your letter you did not answer the questions I was asking. What was the balance on my account when your company first received the debt? What were the fee/fines attached from your company after you chose to stop my ACH withdrawls without my permission or without notification? With regard to ***; this is the company that held this debt before Delta took it over. I have one of the final letters from them with a balance on it that is much lower than what it is currently (after many months of payments).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have also received a call from the company to discuss this issue further. I would also encourage the company to be more transparent with their business transactions. Statements could be sent out, email notifications, or online accounts for customers to make additional payments and review balances.

Continues to robo dial me and contact me have been supplied with a power of attorney to contact *** on my behalf. They leave several threatening messages and a different number to call with questions. Never a real person calling

Company called to request payment from ***. The reps are always rude. I asked to speak with a manager and they passed the phone to the person next to them who was not a supervisor. they say all calls are recorded but the "manager" did not do anything to reprimand the previous rep behavior. This company is horrible and does not care about helping but punishing accounts.

Please accept this letter as a response to your communication of December 5, 2017 for the complaint filed by Ms. ***. As Ms. was notified at the beginning of her conversation with our account representative, all calls are recorded and I have had the opportunity to review the call(s) in question.
An account representative from my office spoke with Ms. regarding a personal business matter on December 4, 2017. Our representative offered Ms. a settlement for less than the amount owed at a substantial savings to Ms.. Ms. stated that she did not have the funds available currently but wanted our representative to call again two weeks later. Our representative suggested setting up a post-dated arrangement now as it took nearly two months to get Ms. back on the telephone from a previous call in early October. Ms. stated she could not make an arrangement at the time and our representative ended the call. Ms. called back and asked to speak to a manager and was immediately transferred to a manager. Ms. stated that the account representative hung up on her and was rude. Our manager advised Ms. that he would look into her complaint and briefly discussed the account ending the call by asking Ms. to call our office back when she would be able to resolve the account.
At no time did our account representative or manager raise their voice or act rudely. With that being said, there is always room for improvement and we will provide additional training to our representatives in order to improve consumer interaction and experience.
I believe this matter to be resolved and I apologize to Ms. and the Revdex.com for any inconvenience but should she or your office require any additional information, please feel free to contact me directly.

I am rejecting this response because:

I really don't feel that the response was correct. The representativewere rude and the tone was not acctepting from a customer service representative. I have been working in customer service for over 13 years and this company is rude and if no payment is made you are cut off and hung up on. I just paid over $1000 to *** so I actually made a major chunk of my balance. So yes when I said I was going to make a payment I actually did. The remaining balance on the account is what was left from the $1000 I had already paid. I am afraid to even call this company because I don't know if the rep who is handeling my account or the manager will treat me fairly when calling to resolve my account.

Please accept this letter as a follow up response to your communication of December 11, 2017 for the complaint filed by Ms. ***.
I stand by my previous response dated December 8, 2017 in regards that our account representative and manager were not rude but there is always room for improvement. I do agree with Ms. that she has taken care of a good portion of the debt but hasn’t made a payment on the account since September 15, 2017. In an attempt to ease Ms.’s concerns, I have moved this account to our Director of Operations to resolve and Ms. is welcome to call him directly at *** ext.***.
Hopefully this resolves the matter but should she or your office require any additional information, please feel free to contact me directly.
