On Aug 13, Ms*** contacted our office for a quote on her drivewayTom A*** went to her home and
performed the quoteOn Aug 13, a formal quote was sent via email and also mailed via US Post to Ms***On Sept 11, Sable Services Inc received an email with the authorization to proceed on the work quoted and schedule accordinglyThe work was performed by our crews On October 27, and paid for the same day by Ms.***On Nov 2, an email was received complaining about brown smudges/spotsTom A*** went out to survey the job about Nov 10, and they spoke on the phoneTom said the brown spots would fade in timeMs*** called again on Dec 9,regarding the spots
so we set up a meeting with her on Dec 10,with Tom A***, myself and Ms ***At this meeting she showed us her concern of the brown spots from the foliage around the driveWe explained that the reason we have not serviced her was due to cold weather below degreesWe offered to come back in the Spring and seal coat her driveway at Sable expense to get the black color she desiredOn Dec 11, Tom A*** hand delivered the attached letter stating our intentions for her drivewayMs*** verbally acknowledged and accepted our plan of action

The brown spots are NOT from foliage in fact he said it was rust from the bottom of the roller which is and would come out When it didn't and still hasn't I also expressed concern that the water was inches deep along the whole road side and not draining he said he had " heated" it and it should drain When I complained again that it wasn't draining I got no response to that When I asked if sealing it would make the driveway even and not dirty looking as it is now and if it would drain I was told in April they would seal itAgain not addressing the ice that forms in ft long puddles inches deep in drive now that it's winter! For dollars I expected a driveway that drains into a 2xft drain A black looking driven it rust looking over itAnd I had it checked by another company and I was told the drive looks like it's road grade not driveway grade His response was they get what they get that day And it's also inches above the drain so there's no way for it to drain Unless water goes up ? My whole drive is ice puddles! What foliage makes smear marks on whole driveway that showed up while they were doing drive? He told me numerous times it was the rust from the roller being wet !!!!! Looks like st! Was smeared on my drive !

I understand your frustration is at the highest levelYou have to understand that I as a business owner am vary concerned on your total satisfaction and the comments you reference in this reportI understand that you expect and deserve the Best Quality, Performance, esthetics of your drivewayYou as a customer have to understand that their is no way that I or any company, would be able to provide you a solution when the temperatures are below degrees
So we are asking that you be patient and allow us the opportunity to exceed your expatiations in the Spring when the weather will allow for the Best outcome and resolve this issue
