Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: what's being stated is after [redacted] was at my housenot over the phoneno price or quotes were given over the phoneeven the lady I spoke to TWICE stated there was no cost to come out, only if they repaired which NOTHING was repaired Regards, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] ***: We at Delta Plumbing has always appreciate our customers and try our level best to accommodate your needs at a price that is fair to you and as to us as wellHowever since we gave you an estimate of a job to be done that does not mean that we have to do that job at that price since it was an estimate not a bidA bid is a set price that you are to be charge by contractAn estimate is an estimate of what the job should cost Obviously you don’t understand the difference, furthermore you were very clearly told of the $additional charge for the parts and labor of an additional job to this estimate that was not on the first estimateWe understand your frustration, we don’t understand you giving us the go ahead to do the work and then after work completed you coming back and writing bad reviews and complaints on several search engines and including the Revdex.comEvery so often we run across people that wants work for free and uses the Revdex.com and various search engines to voice their opinions and that is ok with usHowever, that does not excuse the fact that you approve the work to be done at your facility and it does not let you off the hook of the debt that you owe Have a very nice day Mr [redacted] ***PSWe have tried 20+ times to call you on your phone, Tel [redacted] and you do not answer and it goes to voicemail and your mailbox is fullWhich means we can't leave you a messageIt is very hard to discuss your bill with you, or plumbing work when you won’t communicate with us Again have a very nice dayMr [redacted] ***DR [redacted] PhD MP

Delta plumbing is a refreshing business to come across in this time and age We have had a terrible time trying to find a contractor that is honest, concerned and not trying to get rich off of one customer This company is all of the above and hopefully the future solution to consumers like me that need professionals As a disabled veteran and new person to Huntsville Delta plumbing's employee's were highly professional, prompt and caring of my needs If you want a company that will not shaft you this is it! This is my plumbing company for life Delta plumbing has come to our aide twice and both times have been great I love the small town feel this company offers

Very dishonest plumberTalks a big talk about his experience but left me and my military family without service Advised me to take a much more expensive option for my septic system-- I was told by state inspector that this was unnecessary expense I kept calling him for another estimate and he lied telling me that he sent another estimate--Asked for this time after time Wasn't man enough to say he didn't want the cheaper job Do not trust this guy! He wasted a lot of my time!
