Review: I did not authorize any work to be done on my vehicle. The owner wouldn't release my vehicle until I paid him for work that I did not want performed. He hung up on me when I said I was contacting the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I am contesting emtire amount. My bank is involved to help me contest the charges.

Review: Unfortunately it has taken me some time to report this, however I could not let it be swept under the rug. I'm reporting my experience with this establishment, which was not a pleasant one. On the day of 9/19/2014 I dropped in to this business seeking an alignment, which I don't think was actually completed. The mechanic expressed to me that I needed more, specifically some tear joints. Upon getting that notification he expressed to me that the total would be $119. I agreed to have it done based upon that price. As I waited for 2 hours for this job to be completed another customer walked in complaining about being sold bad tires. The customer was treated so poorly that I really could not utter the disrespect. They told her to get out of their establishment and that they didnt sell her bad tires. Low and behold, on the completion of my job, I wound up getting treated the same way. They changed the price of our agreement saying I owed them $299 as opposed to $119 and told me I better pay it. I then responded by telling him I would not pay it. He expressed you people always want something for nothing, this would not happen where I come from in Florida. Immediately the comment you people raised a red flag as racist to me because I am an African-American female. I never go to an establishment wanting more than I deserve, I pay for everything, being a businesswoman myself. I was totally disrespected, lied to, and told to get off their property and never return after I wouldnt agree to pay the price markup. Many of my friends and colleagues have complained about this particular business and I hope that you guys investigate it further. Thank you for your time.
