I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to conclude this matterSince 2002, I have owned Nissan Vehicles (Sentra, Altima, Altima, Altima, Altima and finally the Altima), reason being is that it is a reliable vehicleI used it mostly on long drives until this recall came to meThe light indicator for the airbag sometimes stay even with a passengerThe car starts up kind of sluggish now and I do not know if that is due to the "irreversible program" that they installedNow the car that was once reliable becomes doubtfulAnd the sad part about this is that I have to deal with it for MORE YEARS before I can get a replacementFor a big company like Nissan, I'm sure that they could come up with a better solution than this, not compromising what it says in their manualI know they know what I'm talking about, What they did is an easy and fast fix

Hudson Nissan offered to help Mr *** finance the vehicle versus leasing due to his situation, he declined the offer stating his personal credit situation would not permit him to do soWe have exhausted all options to assist Mr *** and cannot grant his request of taking possession of the vehicle due to his contract with the bank involvedThe purchaser is responsible to conform to their obligations to DMV based on their state of residenceMr *** came to Hudson Nissan looking for a vehicle which we provided to himHe was not forced into the purchase. I am rejecting this response because:My loan was perfect before I started to deal with Hudson Nissan dealerI had a steady job in a taxi and limousine services, I was paying the bills regularly, I have never been lateThat is reason why Bank easily approved me a leasing option(It is impossible to approve customers with poor credit history)I decide to leasing this car after Hudson Nissan guarantee me that there will not be problems with the transfer of my commercial TLC plate from the previous Nissan Altima (this car is included in the contract), to new Nissan Altima Then after several months of unsuccessful attempts to transfer plate, and the inability to do my job, I lost my job, license, spent all the money from the credit card, my credit history go downWhen they offer me that option, I was not able to finance the carThis option is offered to me only after several months, because the dealer realized that he had mistakes, but it was too lateThere needs to be set logical question: why I should change secure job and organized life with good incomes, to replace unsafe and problematic life, without a job, and put self in a situation where I have a problem with personal existenceWe can pretend and switch the blame, but in my case it is obvious that dealer with his action(intentionally or unintentionally), led me astray ps for all my claims I have material proofs

To whom it may concern, I am replying to the complaint that was submitted 3/4/(I.D.# ***). Hudson Nissan performed this passenger side air bag recall as per information provided by Nissan Corporate. The reason we can not reverse the process is because once the
system is reprogramed there is no program download available to bring the system back to pervious specifications. As per the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration of the U.SDepartment of Transportation the pervious specifications for the air bag were deemed dangerous which is the reason Nissan Corporate resulted in creating this recall. We regret that Mr*** is so displeased with the results but for safety and legal reasons we can not bring the system back to pervious specifications.

I am rejecting this response because:the problem is that Hudson Nissan leasing vehicle(even they know that I need this car for tlc job), which is impossible to transfer TLC plate, becouse the DMV **, does not allow the transfer, while do not provide original leasing company title, from [redacted] that allowed me for transfer, they missed:a power of attorney from the leasing company that authorizes me to register the vehicle for commercial TLC use,the signature of a leasing company officer in box on the vehicle registration/title aplication(mv-82) or on the registration authorization(mv-95)in support of my argument, the fact that was on my initiative, Mr.Paul tried to trough his legal agent office, tried to force the document, but failedHe is now trying to take off problem with short explanation and demonstrate the strength of strong companies, who seem don't care for customer and in this case I feel that is my civil right not importantThis whole situation after 4-months, led me in an untenable position, becouse I lost a job with [redacted], hardly manage to pay instalments for the car, fight for existence.with respect,[redacted]ps?
