To whom it may concern, I am replying to the complaint that was submitted 3/4/2017 (I.D.# [redacted] ). Hudson Nissan performed this passenger side air bag recall as per information provided by Nissan Corporate. The reason we can not reverse the process is because once the... system is reprogramed there is no program download available to bring the system back to pervious specifications. As per the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation the pervious specifications for the air bag were deemed dangerous which is the reason Nissan Corporate resulted in creating this recall. We regret that Mr. [redacted] is so displeased with the results but for safety and legal reasons we can not bring the system back to pervious specifications.
