November 8, 2016. Comparing the odometer readings to state mile markers confirmed that the odometer is recording accurately and that the current mileage reflected is correctReviewing previous repairs, the vehicle presented for service on August 19, with 4,miles. This equates to miles driver per day for the days of ownership since delivery on June 16thAs of November 8th, the vehicle has been in service days and the mileage of 10,on that date is consistent with miles driven per dayNorthtown has apologized to Ms*** for this clerical error and we have confirmed that the vehicle odometer is accurate and correct as of the test performed November 8, We have called Ms*** regarding this matter and to date, she has not respondedWe apologize again for this error, but there is no further action to take.Records documenting these statements are available upon request
We have been in contact with the customer. We are removing the heated seat and the remote starter. The total cost for these items will be reimbursed by check. The existing seat will be replaced with a new factory part. Northtown has apologized to her for this
