The laminate floor was installed on May 19 2014. Two T molds were back ordered. The T molds arrived and were installed within...
two weeks. The job was completed in June 2014. Client contacted Garber's the end of January with an issue of 1-2 planks in front of sink had excess spacing and were moving. Installer inspected the floor on Febuary 10 2015 and recomended we wait to see if humidity changes would solve problem. (All laminate and wood floors contract and exspand with humidity changes,typical that time of year) August 10 2015 the installer went back to clients home to see if humidity had solved the problem. The installer saw that the problem had progressed. at that time he told the client that he would set up a time to investagate because there was no problem with the product. Installer set up an appointment for September 25 2015. The client filed this report on September 24,2015
The installer did go to the clients on September 25,2015 as planned. After further investigation the client had a plumbing leak coming from the sink that damaged the floors. There was nothing wrong with the floors.
We have pulled the damaged floors out and have orderd new flooring for client. We recomended that the client call a plumber to fix plumbing problem and contact her insurance company.
At this time we ask that this complaint be dropped. Ther is no issue or has there been an issue with the flooring.

On Oct1,2015 Mr. Amos finally repaired our laminate floor.yes we had a water leak that we were unaware of until the new laminate flooring was pulled up and the area investigated. Mr.Amos did a great job with the repair and did apologize for the delay in the repair. Garbers however never seemed to be concerned with my many requests to have this problem investigated and fixed. Even though payment was always made on the day of completion of work,Garbers consistently ignored my many requests for service. I feel I received very poor customer service and would not recommend them.
