Review: We have a simple hole in our fence that we would like repaired. We were given a written document that states the product carried a lifetime warranty. After over (30) phone calls and visits to the store we have yet to receive one return call to acknowledge our request. Phone goes directly to voicemail, which if it isn't full, you can leave a message. If full, it hangs up. We first called on 9/18 and today is 11/12. It is unreasonable that it should take this long for a return call.Desired Settlement: Ultimately we want our fence repaired, but it starts with a return phone call, visit and estimate to get this resolved.
