I am rejecting this response because:  I have not spoken with anyone at the business.  Yes, they did do the alignment which I paid $70.  When they did...

the alignment, it was at this time they broke the control arm on my car.  I had to buy these parts to be replaced.  I am still requesting reimbursement for the parts and labor I had to pay another mechanic for replacing what they broke.
