Horrible experienceFirst it costs $just to call them and then they absolutely refuse to give estimates until they have your car chained up so you CANNOT get it until you pay up the cashSeriously ridiculous$for mile trip

This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had John was very knowledgeable about locations and services offered He made this very stressful experience much more tolerable I would recommend this towing service to anyone that I know

I called this company for a tow and the quoted me a maximum price for jump and to of $ After the service was done, the bill came to $169, which is nowhere near the max price After filing with the Revdex.com I later found out Delta has a paid membership with the Revdex.com, therefore they cannot get lower than an "A" rating due to their membership agreement Careful in choosing this company

Business Stated "I am aware of the complaintHowever, I can not pay or refund the customer the moneyIts not that I dont want to issue a refund or that I wont, its because I don't have any income right now and no we haven't had any trips in over two yearsI dont have the money to refund them
Unfortunately they are not the only client that I oweI know this doesn't help the client but when I get it, I will give him the refund."

Worst experience EVER! Buyer beware!!!!! They quoted one price ($service fee+$30-tow fee) and then did our tow and parked the LARGE empty tow truck behind our vehicle, locking us in a parking space unable to get out and gave a bill with an extra $in fees for a total of $ We questioned the charges and he said it is what it is We asked if he was an owner of the company (because of the poor customer service and dishonest practice of price gouging) He told us "no" and said that we could call the main office After signing the receipt to get out of the situation, we called the main office, and the company would not handle the situation we presented on the phone Instead, the rep of the company at the main office tried to get us back on the phone with the driver after minutes of arguing, stating that the driver is the one who had the ability to change the bill back to what was expected After I told the guy that I did not want to speak with the driver AGAIN, the conversation escalated and the company rep on the phone then told me to go ahead and write a poor review and even told me that there was an email address that I could send a formal complaint to So, therefore, here is my "poor review" Poor is an understatement!
