Review: On October 22, 2015 I had my truck towed to Delta Tire World, because I had purchase some (2) tires from them. They told me my truck would be ready that same day, but I received a call saying that I was unable to put up my truck that day and that it will be ready of Friday, because they were having a def time with the rims and that the machine they had didn't fit my rims because they were so large. On that Friday I had never received a call by 10 am like promised so I decided to call them. They said the truck was not ready and to call back at 12:00, so I did just that and called back at noon and the truck was ready. I arrived at Delta tire World around quarter to 5 on that Friday and I paid for my tires and left and on my way home I stop at the the park. When I got out the truck I notice I have no air in my front tire and I then called AAA to get them to have the check my tires. AAA the tech put some air in my front tire, but the air just kept going out. The tech notice my rims were whoop on the inside, so he said that the reason the air would not stay in. So, AAA tech put my spare tire on the tire. So, first thing that Saturday morning I called Delta tire World and explain the problem to the Manger about the air not staying in my tire, that I have just purchase from them. The manager said bring the truck back in, so when I got their, he look up my receipt and refuse to come look at my damage rims and he didn't want to take responsible of my rims being whoop. The tech who changed my tire and put the new tires on said he had a difficult time change my rims and he had notice that the air was not staying in my tire, but when I picked up my truck no one told me anything about my rims being whooped. I will be sending and copying this complaint to the Attorney General office. When my truck arrived at Delta Tire World my rims were not whooped if they were whooped are damage they who had never touch my truck. If my rims were already whooped and damaged do you think I would be buying new tires.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for my rims to be replaced, because I went to several place to see if the rims could be repaired and they said no. I do not want Delta Tire World to touch my truck ever again and I will not refer them to anyone. On that Friday the tech even tried put some glue on my tires to repair the air leak, but the glue didn't work. As per the different shops I took my rims to be repaired, they said I need new rims.

First I would like to thank you for letting us know about the complaint. I would like to say this was a while ago and the manager at the time is no longer employed with Delta world tire, however that being said I will try to rehash the situation to the best to my knowledge. I know we had to order the tires in because we did not have them in stock and the customer was aware of that and ok with it. That is why the vehicle had to stay and not because we were unable to preform the job that statement is false. We mount 26 inch tires and more on a daily bases with no problem, also it is impossible for a tire mount machine to bend a rim if that was the case this would be one of many complaints and lots of new rims bought for multiple customers. We see it all the time on low profile rims that get bent from potholes in New Orleans and even try to recomend going back with manufactured rims. The customer knew about it because we brought it to there attention that is why we tried bead sealer (the glue the customer is stating) to try to seal the leak from the bend. We also would never ever tell a customer that we would refuse to look at a concern of our customers thats not how we conduct buisness. I would also like to say we never tell a customer a promised time of a vehicle because it is hard to do in this line of work. If we tell a customer a round about time we make sure that we are in contact to let them know the status of the job. Im sorry to say that this whole complaint is false and I am a little concerned that that this customer would make a false statement like this. If there is anything else I can help with please let me know, I hope tjis is helpful and I will say this company has not stayed in buisness this long doing this type of shady work that the customer states.
