In response to the customers complaint about the defective Euro Slat systemWe are in the process of getting a replacement from the manufacturer, it is arriving this week and as soon as it arrives we will replace the defective slat systemUnfortunately from the manufacturers end there are
different channels that replacements must go through and that can cause it to take some time for replacements to ship outIn regards to the "Broken" window shade, It is not Broken at all but has to be adjustedThis shade was professionally installed and in order to be adjusted it needs to be hanging on the windowThe customer should never have taken it down and brought it into the store as now it has to be professionally installed againWe have already had one of their sofas repaired and have exchanged an ottoman for this customerSo it not as if we don't take care of any issues they may have, but it seems like when one thing gets resolved they complain about something else
