Delta's Restaurant

Review: On 7/11/15, my date and I attended Delta's at 7:00pm and got valet parking. We did not get seated until approximately 9p. Our table was very small and pushed up against a stairwell. The aisle between our table and the next party's table was very narrow wherein other waiters/patrons were bumping my seat or had to squeeze by to pass our table. Once seated and we ordered our food, the waitress named Yasmin was rushing us after we finished eating. I say rushed, because when she asked me if I were finished with my plate, her hands already removed the plate before I could reply. She did the same with my date. Since we waited too long for a seat, the horrible seating arrangement that we endured and being rushed by the waitress, we decided to pay the $54.41 bill and leave.

Before leaving we went to the bathroom. As my date was waiting outside the bathroom area for me, Yasmin (the waitress) asked my date why a tip wasn't left for her. My date responded accordingly regarding our experience that night. Yasmin's reply was it had nothing to do with me. Yasmin proceed to the reception area. Once I finished, my date told me what happened, we rushed out of Delta's. On waiting for our car, we were not aware that there was a $9 cover charge for parking. There were no signs indicating so nor did valet state such. A few weeks after on 7/22/15 at 8:50p, I called to ask to speak to the manager and got the run around. Finally,a young lady answered and said the manger was not available. I asked her what was the owner's name, she said Josh and Corretta. I asked do they have last names, her reply was we can't give out that information. She said I can send my complaint via facebook (which I don't patronize) or send an email to [redacted] However, I was able to find Ms. Corretta King's name through public records.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and explanation for the encounter on 7/11/15 and 7/22/15. A refund or credit of some kind would be plausible, but I won't expect it with the attitude the staff has.
