DelTech Computer Solutions did a perfect job fixing my receptionist's computer when it was struck by the blue screen of death. [redacted] showed up and got it back up and running in no time - great service!

Luis came over to my father's house on a Saturday to help with his laptop. He was extremely professional, and patient with my dad who can be technologically challenged. The cost was less than we expected and the computer was fixed in under an hour! I would definitely recommend Deltech to anyone with computer problems!

I have been trying to order a laptop through several big box brands for more than a week. It has been incredibly frustrating! I even ordered and then they cancelled my order and didn't tell me and I had to find out myself after waiting 4 days for my laptop to come to discover that the company kept my money, but cancelled my order because they couldn't verify my shipping address

I called Luis this morning at 8 am. I told him what I want in a computer (in English, not computer talk)

He called me back with my best options and completely educated me on what I needed based on what I do all day, without trying to oversell me but to just make sure I didn't need to spend money later trying to upgrade something that wasn't working for me.

I told him to ORDER it! Push the buttton, just get me a laptop!

I got a call back 10 minutes later.

Luis informed me that he did some research as he always does before pushing the order button for his clients and that the same exact computer he was going to order for me was on Amazon for cheaper than he could purchase it.

Luis sent me a link to make my purchase, and said he would rather see me get the same computer for less and have a great reputation than to take my money needlessly to close a sale.

I seriously cried. The relief that I felt, and to talk to another business owner that was more concerned about the long term relation ship than a quick 50.00 was so incredibly humbling and reminded me why SMALL BUSINESS ROCKS over big box companies.
