In response to this claim that [redacted] has filed against [redacted]This claim is completely false against my companyWe were not hired by [redacted] nor have we been paid any amount by [redacted] or any other person We are a sub-contractor that was hired to permit a sidewalk and a driveway...
approach only as stated On the permit issued by the [redacted], we are not the general contractor that [redacted] hired to do the job he stated. Our concrete finisher Hector Ramirez completed the sidewalk, curb cuts, and drive approach as requested by the general Contractor (whom I believe was [redacted] and is not associated with [redacted]) as permitted and the [redacted] gave a final on that as complete as permitted. We have never received any payment by the general contractor or by [redacted] had no involvement in the removal of any concrete or in the pouring of any driveway and therefore we are not liable Or responsible as [redacted] has stated. It is my opinion that [redacted] has not been able to contact his general contractor [redacted] and is attempting To blame us for something we had absolutely nothing to do with. We do not require our customers to pay for service before they are completed and We have our customers sign an agreement of terms and service prior to starting. As a sub-contractor we had no contact with [redacted] until he called Our company after seeing that we had the permit for the drive approach and sidewalk. We attempted to help him get in contact with his general Contractor but apparently they have not been successful. Attached you will find the signed final inspection from the [redacted] along With photos taken yesterday of the drive approach, sidewalks, and curb cuts that are complete and intact. As a sub-contractor we are hired by numerous Companys to do various parts of jobs as in this case. We are requesting that you remove this negative rating from our file. Thanks , [redacted]
