I have no record of this client, we've had several cases of this same type of complaint, where we want in their bank accounts, we do not refund in this mannerI need more info from the client, a copy of a cancelled check as proof of payment to us

Deltron was not in business in 1/16, we started 8/16, I show no record of this customerI would need a copy of cancelled check if date is a misprint

We never called you, you called us for the help and we...

tried to serve you our best services, we also want to let you know that we are not associated with any other company neither we stated that on our website. We tried to serve you our best services but incase if you don't like our services or you don't want our services then you don't need to pay a single penny because it's our company policy that we never force our customers to pay us. And since you don't want our services because you didn't paid us anything so we are canceling all your services, no one from our company will contact you in future and since you haven't paid us anything so your desired settlement is out of scope for us.  I too received the letter from Deltron and find many misleading statements. For one I did not contact them. I had googled the phone number for [redacted] customer service and on the right side of the screen came a large profile of [redacted], its history and founder as well as a phone number. I called the number and the person answering said it was [redacted] although I now know it was not. He told me someone had gotten into my [redacted] account from Japan and had ordered IPhones. He then showed me pictures of the phone in my cart which I also found out from the real [redacted] was not true. He then proceeded to tell me it was really serious and that someone was trying to get info on my bank acct. He told me [redacted] had a company that could clean out my computer and take care of the problem and transferred me to Deltron. Later [redacted] (the real one) told me they never heard of Deltron and did not use their services. Deltron charged me $499. and had me scan a check to them. After investigating this matter my bank advised me to cancel my check and close my acct. which I did. I also had [redacted] search my computer and they found malware inserted in it and had it removed. Deltron did try to cash my scanned check. So in fact I did have expenses of $100 to [redacted] and $32 to my bank for canceling my check . This was all due to fraud by Deltron and I feel they should repay my expenses. The letter they sent me read like a non english speaking person would grammatically write. Also the person on the phone had a foreign accent. I don’t know if the company physically even exists but I do know they are only interested in the charges they present and doubt anything but inserting malware was performed on my computer. If they refuse payment due to me I will report them to the FTC and FBI cyber unit as I was advised.  grace savoy

We don't do business like this complaint explains. We don't take bank info off customers & withdraw from their accounts. Have the customer provide the bank info this money was deposited into because it didn't go into my account.
