Review: Bestcare wanted to terminate their contract with your company at the completion of cleaning on March **, 2014, not March **, 2014. Regardless, you decided to terminate our working relationship as of March **, 2014, and indicated you would be forwarding an invoice for services rendered March [redacted], 2014. Bestcare takes the position that they should not be responsible for payment of services that your company did not fully provide from March [redacted], 2014. As previously discussed via e-mails, it was brought to our attention that since we gave notice regarding terminating our business relationship, it appears the cleaning crew has not been properly cleaning the floors at [redacted] and [redacted] (only emptying garbage) from March [redacted], 2014. Since there seemed to be some difficulty getting the cleaning crew to properly clean [redacted] and [redacted] from March [redacted], 2014, Bestcare does not believe they should be held liable for payment of a service they were not properly receiving. It is disingenuous to suggest that Bestcare expects to receive cleaning services for free. Bestcare believes that your company has not satisfied their contractual obligation to Bestcare due to the substandard cleaning service your company provided to us for the past two weeks. Bestcare is not looking to get something for nothing, but, again, we do not wish to be held liable for payment of a service that was not properly performed by your company for the past two weeks. Based on the foregoing, it is respectfully requested that you modify your final bill to reflect a credit for March [redacted], 2014, due to substandard cleaning service, or in the alternative, please do not hesitate to contact me, so we may further discuss this matter with the intention of reaching a mutually satisfactory conclusion to this outstanding issue.Desired Settlement: I new invoice justifying them just throwing out the garbage bags only or a credit should be issued for the non service of cleaning my offices.
