Business states that all patients are advised in their consent form that there are no guarantees as to the results of the treatment. Consent form verbiage below:Prior to receiving my treatment, I have been candid in revealing any condition that may have been bearing on this procedure such as pregnancy, recent facial surgery, allergies, tendency to cold sores/fever blisters, use of Retin-A, Accutane, Differin, or Tazorac. I understand that there may be some degree of discomfort such as stinging, a pin-pking sensation, hotness, or tightnessAlso, there is a possibility to develop erythema and/or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I have been advised that there are no guarantees as to the results of this treatment, due to many variables, such as age conditions of the skin, sun damage, smoking, climate, etcEach case is individual. I understand that to achieve maximum results, I may need several treatments. I agree to refrain from tanning while I am undergoing treatment, and during the days following the end of treatment. I understand that direct exposure to the sun is prohibited while I am undergoing treatment and that the use of sunblock protection with a minimum SPF of is necessary. I hereby agree to all of the above and agree to have this treatment performed on meI further agree to follow all post-peel care instructions as I am instructed

Despite Deluke Dermatology's office policies and the consent form that was ambigious, I was well aware of what the outcome that I wanted to achieve when I initially made the consultation, and I specifically made it clear that I wanted a peelThe representative even spoke to the specificity of my request, when she indicated that I should've seeked a laser peel instead of a ***'s peelI affirmly believe that If I had met with DrDeluke or with DrP***, my concerns and the procedure that I was seeking would have been explained to me that it may not achieve the desired outcome that I was seekingSince they failed to schedule my consultation with a Certified Dermatologist, I was misinformed and paid for a procedure that didn't yield any effective resultsI'm still assertive that their waiver was ambigious and was given to me to sign in haste seconds before my procedureA full refund is still desired as a resolution to my unsatisfactory experience with this office
