So after waiting approx. 2 months after completing the proof for my product I received the product. I had ordered 2 patches, the embroidered patches were excellent, except that they had an iron on backing which during the order was specifically asked to be left off. The leather patches are not leather but some manufactured look alike. Regardless, after consultation with Delusion, I was told to ship back the embroidered patches and that they would remanufacture almost 4 months later still no product. I was continually told that they were coming, but nothing showed up. After 3 months I was told," Oh Sorry, we can't actually make them like that" when I asked to speak to a manager, miraculously I was told, oh sorry, yeah we can actually make those right away.
Fast forward another month, Still nothing. I have now asked for a refund of the total order considering it is into the 7th month and I have no product. Additionally, I had to pay for shipping, return shipping, duties and taxes. This has been an absolute nightmare! I have been offered a discount on future orders, Ha! Like I would ever deal with or order from them again. Why would I, they can't produce correct product in 7 months!

to the resolution that we would issue the customer a 50% refund of the total bill, on 12/30/16. Total Bill: $1,176.97 / Refund amount: $588.50 to his Visa ending in 1187. Unsure as to why this complaint was even submitted, since, in the end, customer got exactly what they ordered and confirmed, and then was given the refund they requested.
