Response: The customer purchased a used van from our location in Baton Rouge, LAAfter some time, it began to show surface rust on the door areaThe customer brought this matter to the attention of our General Manager, [redacted] , but since the vehicle was used and it had no available warranty remaining, [redacted] called me, [redacted] , Director of Sales and Marketing, for direction [redacted] and I discussed the reconditioning of this vehicle that was made prior to sale by Superior Van & Mobility and we did discover that another location of ours had repaired this area prior to saleAt that point we had a separate body shop take a look at the area and they mentioned how it had been repaired before, and maybe not very wellAt that point [redacted] decided to cover the cost of repair for the customerThe customer was satisfiedWhile in conversation of repair, the customer also inquired about trading the vehicle for a newer unit, so [redacted] began the process of evaluating the van for trade, and pricing alternative units for the customerWhile allowing the customer to assess their options presented, we received this Revdex.com complaint which was a little confusing to us [redacted] immediately reached out to the customer to find out the nature of the complaint, when the customer responded at that time that they decided they would simply like us to repair the vehicle, which we have already begun the process
