Deluxe Cleaners

I had used Deluxe Cleaners only once before, usually opting for another dry cleaner that is closer to my building. I turned in a rather new pair of *** pants as they had two small food oil stains. I had had these pants dry cleaned previously at the other business who had also done another similar pair over the course of a year with no ill results.
I picked up these pants and when I got home I saw what looked like angled ironing marks on the front and back of the legs. One leg had an especially noticeable line on an angle running from the upper thigh to the bottom of the calf. The other leg had noticeable iron shaped markings as well. The pants overall looked faded as well. The stains were not fully removed, which I can accept - not all stains can be, however these marks were very strange and I had never encountered them at the other cleaners with similar garments. The bottom part of the pants where I do roll them had a very distinct line. I expected this as I have encountered this at the other cleaners, but not as distinct as this. A label on the waist band also appeared to have been melted off.
I brought them back and asked that they be re-cleaned which they had no issue with. Upon return several days later, the marks were worse. I brought them back again and talked to the staff member. He seemed very perplexed telling me he had not seen this before and told me it seemed like over ironing. He told me the manager would call me the next morning at around 8AM as he was only in the morning. This was my fourth visit to Deluxe regarding these pants over the course of almost 2 weeks.
I spoke to the manager the next day. He focused on the marks on the cuffs and the stains which were not the focus of my concern. When I explained the strange lines, he told me I must have folded them that way, which I never have (as mentioned they were on strange angles on the backs and fronts of the legs - you'd think they'd straighten them before cleaning, etc.).
He then told me cotton fades and these marks are normal, having seen it 1000s of times. I told him I have not seen this at the other cleaners after a year with a near identical pair of pants and that I could not wear these to work. I asked what he could do for me and he said we can send them to our facility which I declined as I did not want Deluxe to handle them anymore.
I picked up the pants later that day - no refund meaning I paid around $7 to have my pants ruined as I cannot wear these in a professional setting anymore. I spoke to my other dry cleaner as well as a friend who works in fashion and deals with garments. Both of them told me this was not normal and unfortunately the pants could not be salvaged.
I would not recommend Deluxe Cleaners at all after this experience. Overall very poor customer service and results. Due to the previously Revdex.com complaint against them, I would like to reiterate that I was nothing but polite and respectable when dealing with their staff and the manager over the phone. Their staff were as helpful as they could, but perhaps not extremely knowledgeable. The manager was a bit pushy, but nothing extreme, though he seemed unwilling to help me in any way.
