Completed a study for this company back in oct/nov, was promised a $50 closing incentive to be paid by dec 15th.Nothing.Contacted jay s [redacted] vice president at first was emailing me back up until a few weeks ago, now he ignores my emails and my concern.The wait for this incentive is to long, not at all business like.

I went to cash out my earningsThe website has limited information in regards to WHEN we will get paidOnce I cashed out it said I will receive my funds in 1-days That's it days passed from the date I cashed out and decided to send them an email as to when I should be expecting paymentThey responded by saying *** takes 1-days to process your payment and that is a lieI contacted *** regarding this statement We are days now over cash out time and well over buisness days to recieve funds which they still haven't paid meThis is a job and this company needs to treat it as such and make sure all legal writing is true and correct on their site and in their responsesto the workers anlong with paying them right and on time when site saysI want to be paid and I'm sure they would not be happy if people did this to them

Services discussed were not rendered. After complaint we were told they would fix it to make things right but still wanted us to pay twice. below is the email and letter send to the owner after mutable attempts via telephone was always promised a call back. On 28 September 2013 my fiancé had her hair done at your business.  She came in for a consult where she provided a picture of her expectations.  She was told $180.00 dollars which would include having her hair straightened, colors and dryed.  Although we understand the results would not be exact to the picture, we did not expect for it to look nothing close.  Additionally her hair was not straightened because the receptionist stated the price quote was a mistake so not only was it not straightened she left with her hair soaking wet.  Once she dry and straightened her hair we realized how back the coloring was.  She contacted you guys the next day and was told you guys would be willing to make it right and set a new appointment.  When she showed up for the appointment she was told she would still be expected to pay for services rendered.  Unfortunately we were not will to pay double when at that point it was not possible to receive what was originally requested.  & days after the original appointment I called and requested to speak to the manager and or the owner I was told they were not available.  I left my name and number with the expectation of a return phone call which never happened.    I feel that your business still has an obligation to make things right.  I would assume you guys would understand that we do not want to use your establishment to have her hair done.  We feel at a minimum she should be refunded the 180.00 paid. Desired SettlementRefund to [redacted] cardBusiness Response The young lady in question set 2 appointments and failed to show up for either. When she did arrive on a Saturday, we worked her in. When she showed the picture of what she wanted to the stylist, she was told it could not be accomplished due to the length(over 36 inches) and all of the colors already in her hair with the base color being black. Instead of heeding the advice of the stylist, she chose the color herself and the placement of the chunk highlights that were to be placed in her hair. The services were rendered and she paid and left. Two days later she returned with an infant and wanted her hair colored again because her husband did not care for it. When told that there would be an additional charge for those services since she proceeded with the initial services against all advice, she left. Two weeks later a gentleman called, obviously unhappy due to the tone and volume of his voice, wanting us to not only refund the money but also recolor her hair at no charge. When apprised of the situations in all their entirety since he had in no way been involved or stepped foot into our establishment, he still continued to want a refund and her hair fixed. He left a phone number. Services were rendered and when dealing with hair coloring, there is no guarantee on the color that will emerge due to the unknown of what colors were already on the hair. We fully advised against what she was wanting, but she chose to continue anyways. Again, services were rendered, just not with the outcome she desired, which was clearly told to her repeatedly before the service began.Final Consumer Response The information shown in the Businesses response shows my wife and I that they lack integrity as majority of the information is false and far from the truth. There was one appointment set and she showed up for, additionally the establishment advertises walk in's not appointments. There was absolutely no color in the hair prior to the appointment. A refund and additionally service was not requested. It was requested to either fix it at no charge or refund. The last thing I want to do is turn the complaint into an argumentative venue. The hope was the business would take ownership for the issue and make things right. I believe the best option may be seeking legal advice for small claims court as we have dated picture from the of pre and post services rendered. Additionally the phone call I made to the believed to be manger I recorded via the option on my cell phone which comply contradicts their entire response.
