I am not understanding what you are asking for in return Please provide what the plumber who you called in did to your system If you are keeping the circulator and it is working-which I know it is because you had no hot water and now you do We stand behind any work we do and we had no problem returning It was explained to you to give it a couple of days and then call us back You chose not to The part we installed is working and you still want a refund for the service The service is for coming to the home and the installation of the circulator that was installed I am missing the whole point of this complaint and find it to not even constitute as one In your original complaint you stated you wanted a refund I said I would give you a refund if you returned our circulatorNow you want to keep the circulator and get a refund on the service This does not make any sense to me at all

I contacted the company within the next day. I was told on two different occasions that a technician would be sent out a second time to review the problem and advise why the shower that had hot water all along now only had warm water.Today I hired another company to come in and fix the problem.I do not wish to return the circulator and get a refund on that piece. I was originally asking for a refund on the service call as the piece is worth more than half of the price I was charged and that could cover the installation as well as part

Revdex.com:I will never do business with this company again.  The statements are false I was told on two occasions that a technician would be sent to my home to check the problem and both times no one showed nor called.  I would like them kept on file with the dispute but I am not going to argue with them for any refunds.

[redacted] called on March *, 2015 with a no hot water issue.  We responded.  She has an indirect hot water heater and the taco 007 circulator was not working.  She had no hot water at all anywhere in the house.  She called several days later and told me that she had hot...

water all over except in the shower.  She also stated that this wasn't a problem beforehand.  I told her that the plastic propeller from the circulator was missing.  Wait a couple of days and see if it gets better. (to see if the little pieces of plastic worked through the pipes).  She never called back and I did not call her, I assumed it got better.  Had I known, I would have dispatched a technician to check.  I also informed her that the circulator does not choose where to give hot water.  If there is hot water in the kitchen sink-then there is hot water.  If she would like a refund then the 007 circulator would have to be returned and I can issue a refund.  ?

Review: Contacted this company for service on our oil burner. We had no hot water. They came to the house charged a service call fee of $95.00 and replaced a circulator motor for $ 250.00.They wanted cash for the job, and when they left the shower was only giving warm water nothing like we had prior to them coming.I called three times and was told someone would be dispatched that day each time.As of yet no one has shown up to fix the problem, the answer I get from the customer service representative is that they only replaced a motor and it would not effect how the water flows from the shower any longer.At this point I have put a call into another company to come and fix the problem, I am glad that I have not signed a service company with them.Desired Settlement: At this point, I am sick of contacting this company for service. They were here a half an hour, received cash for the service and have not fixed the problem they were called in for.I have contacted a plumber to come to resolve the issue they have no desire to fix.Refund
