First I would like to explain that I don't and have never worked for the daughter who is claiming all of these problemsThe mother is very capable of letting me know if she has a problem with me, or if I owe her moneyThe mother has never discussed any of this with meShe might be elderly, but there is nothing wrong with her mentallyThis woman is active and takes care of herself and I have worked for her for yearsNever I decided to no longer work for the mother because, when the daughter movasked me to change my schedule to accommodate her child taking a napShe claims that we wake the child up so we need to be there at a different timeI gave her a hour window of time that we could be there and she did not like the timesWe are only there for an hour or so once a week, so we couldn't change the maintenance schedule to muchSince she disagreed with this, she drove by me the next day and flipped me off and yelled some nasty remarks at meAfter several text messages and messages left on my phone by the daughter I decided it was better to just not take care of the maintenace any longerAs for the water damage that the daughter claims is my problemI only put in a drip line that has drippers that are gph watering minutes a dayThe drip system is on top of a weed barrierA drip system does not require a drain or plastic be put down, plastic holds moistureAs far as bubblers, there is irrigation that was installed on the property before I started working there that is still thereI have never installed bubblers next to her homeThis home is on acres and had a lot of different irrigation systems and old systemsI don't know about any water damage to the mothers homeI did not cause any damage to this home and will not pay for any damages that I had nothing to do withI would like this situation finishedThis was all caused because of a child's nap and someone becoming very angry because I wouldn't change my scheduleTo make peace, I am sending the $to the mother, return receiptI will not give the money to the daughter

I am rejecting this response because: I will accept and close this case as soon as payment is recievedSend the check to [redacted] at her home address which the owner [redacted] knows Fingers crossed this tempermental and immoral owner does the right thing and returns money that does not belong to him because he didn’t work or earn the full pay for the monthAnd this can finally go towards repairs to the home caused by his negligence

Never I decided to no longer work for the mother because, when the daughter moved-he asked me to change my schedule to accommodate her child taking a nap. She claims that we wake the child up so we need to be there at a different time. I gave her a 2 hour window of time that we could be there and she did not like the times. We are only there for an hour or so once a week, so we couldn't change the maintenance schedule to much. Since she disagreed with this, she drove by me the next day and flipped me off and yelled some nasty remarks at me. I only put in a drip line that has drippers that are 2 gph watering 10 minutes a day. The drip system is on top of a weed barrier. A drip system does not require a drain or plastic be put down, plastic holds moisture. This home is on 5 acres and had a lot of different irrigation systems and old systems. I don't know about any water damage to the mothers home. I did not cause any damage to this home and will not pay for any damages that I had nothing to do with. I would like this situation finished. This was all caused because of a child's nap and someone becoming very angry because I wouldn't change my schedule. To make peace, I am sending the $337.00 to the mother, return receipt. I will not give the money to the daughter.
