Received a call from the manager M*** of the SalonShe reviewed the no refund policy posted in the salon and due to the policy the salon refuses to issue a refundHowever, if the consumer alleges she suffered from an
infection after the services were performed by the salon technician, she can bring her medical bill (not a letter from a doctor) for reimbursement by the salonThe salon can then submit the bill to their insurance carrier for a refund for the medical expenses only
In response to The salonI do not accept this .The no refund is if you are just not satisfied with a nailcareWhich this clearly was not I have pictures and a note from the doctor , a doctors note and a bill to prove this I will not step foot in the salon to be humiliated .Because of rude staff and especially the ownerIt is disgusting that the owner would speak a different language and laugh and say" go ahead do what you want we have insurance for this." The no return policy was not displayed for clients to see and It dosn't apply to injuriesIf the salon was a good business they would have offered an apology and refund for thisBUT OBVIOUSLY its a joking matter to M*** considering she laughed at meI don't want to go to court for this but I will if this isn't resolved in a refundThank You *** ***
