Deluxe Nails

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! They thought I was stupid and charged me $for a full gel shellac set and did a full acrylic set instead which should have only cost me $dollars!! These people took advantage of me and stole money from me! Not only that but, the nails are crooked and uneven!!! Worst place EVER!!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They will steal your money!!!!! Go to a reputable place with people who are honestThis place is not only dishonest but they are rude and ignorant as all get out!!!!

I went into the nail salon on 7/at 1pm to have a full set put on with designMy friend was also with me and did the sameHer nails were completed in 20minMine on the other hand took hoursBecause the nail polish wouldn't adhere to my thumb nailsThe nail technician (amy) tried times redoing themWhen they weren't drying properly she said my nails were "pissing" her offAfter that her brother (aaron) came to redo my thumb nails as wellSame problemOnce he fixed my thumb nails I washed my hands and the shade of color was uneven and was extremely dullHe then redid my both my hands twiceI finally said okay they look fine because I was tired of sitting and having to have my nails dremeled multiple times I came home and then noticed the "gel" was already chipping and there were distinguishable lines ontop of my nailsI returned to the store to ask for a refund on 7/16/I was approached by Amy who said that she had to completely take the nails off if I wanted a refundI didn't want to sit and wait another hours for them to fix my nailsSo I told her I waited three hours yesterday on 7/to have them completed and now they are going to have to remove my nails for failing to complete the service in which their store is based upon She would not allow me to receive my refund without removing my nails because she said it would "practically be giving me a free set"They had already wasted half of my day redoing my nails multiple times So out of frustration and being unsatisfied with their service I allowed them to remove the nails so I could receive my refund My nails after the removal look 10x worse than they did prior to receiving any serviceMy cuticles are now swollen, my nails are extremely thin and I can hardly use my hands because it's painful to the touchOn the following trip to receive my refund I was then told it was a policy they had to remove my nails in order to receive my refundWhich was not stated initially, I did not sign anything and nowhere did I see a refund policy posted in the facility
