Deluxe Passport

Review: This company advertise express passport within 24 to 48 hours if needed. I first contacted the company on two occasion before sending them my documents, I called on March ** and **, 2015. I then sent my documents to there office on March **, 2015 and as instructed I called on March **, 2015 and sent an email to inform them my package would be delivered via [redacted] on March **, 2015. I asked for the company to call me once they have obtained my [redacted] package that included: My birth certificate, passport photos, passport application, along with the declaration form, two postal money orders one for 170.00 dollars and 25.00 dollars. I contacted the company on the following days: 3/**,3/**,3/**,3/** and 3/**. I was finally was able to speak with done one on 3/**/15 to inquire about my [redacted] package for my passport. I was informed my [redacted] package had arrived and that I needed to speak with [redacted] because something happened to the package, I should call back in the afternoon. I called back on 3/** around 1:20 in the afternoon and spoke with [redacted], who stayed he was the [redacted]. He informed me, he received my package on sunday; although I was made aware my package was delivered on 3/**/15. [redacted] informed me the package had been opened and he was not able to obtain my passport. I asked how did the package get opened? When was someone from his office going to contact me with concerns regarding my package? What his company was able to do at this time. I explained, I was out of town for work and would not be in town until 3/**, I would need my passport I order to fly out of the country on 3/**. [redacted] informed me, he could not help me and that I must have opened the package. I explained the [redacted] package as well as the postal package with all the required documents had been placed in a sealed envelope and then placed in a [redacted] envelope for delivery. Overall this company did not help me obtain my passport, customer service is horrible, no resonibility and lack of respect for clients time and money.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the following: my [redacted] coverage, needing to change my flight, fees for passport in addition to taxi coverage. I am asking for a refund for 650.00 dollars. This company is a fraud they advertise being the top company to get express passports yet they did not deliver. Please help me get my money.,
