We needed our roof inspected for our home owners insurance. Chad H, owner Deluxe Roofing came by and filled out all the paperwork at no charge so we could get our insurance done. We shared the fact we have three rental properties and he volunteered to inspect those roofs as well. Two of which needed new roofs due to hail damage. Chad is extremely helpful with the process of dealing with the insurance company. During the insurance inspections, Cameron S from Deluxe saw to it they agreed the roofs needed replacement. When work started, Cameron notified us when the crew was showing up and what space they needed and the time it took to do it. The crew was on time, efficient, organized, and kept the work place clean while working. The time Cameron told us would take was accurate and there was no surprises. They explained the whole process of how the insurance made payments and were very helpful in keeping our confidence the entire time. We highly recommend Deluxe Roofing and Construction!

The roofing crew was at our house just a few days later and they made sure the roof was replaced to our satisfaction. The crew foreman phoned the owner directly to discuss an issue they encountered on our roof with a previously installed pergola and made sure the roof tied in to the existing structure seamlessly. Great work; highly recommended company.

They were also good at pointing out other repairs that were identified as they were repairing the roof. Communication was always open. I even had a neighbor that was concerned about any debris that might go into his yard. Cameron spoke to him and assured him that they would make sure no debris would be in his yard. We are generally finicky with contractors and Michael was great to work with. He was timely in his response/communication and patient in addressing our concerns. The crew installed our new roof expeditiously without compromising on quality. They also did an awesome job in cleaning up after the project was completed. Highly recoomend!
