Delway Contracting

Review: [redacted] owner of Delway Contracting, was supposed to order me refrigerator deli cases and dry bakery cases for my bakery that had storm damage due to Tropical Storm Andrea in June of 2013. Angelo took an extremely long time to get the prices back to me, approximately three weeks, and then it would have taken another eight weeks to get the equipment in. I told him I did not need for him to do this for me as I buy all of my equipment on my own. I was to receive a check for $44,000.00 (+-)from the insurance company and he took close to $6,000.00 for what he says it cost him to find the cases. I never received any paperwork as far as how long it took him to research, what equipment he was giving me or anything of that nature. He just took my money. I've been in business for 14 years and have had to deal with this type of situation. My business was to open on July 4, 2013 and we didn't open until September 15, 2013 and the was not even completed!
