This customer bought the vehicle AS-IS, the customer signed two documents stating that she understood she was buying the car AS-ISThe customer took the vehicle to have a pre sale inspection and return to buy the vehicle after she had it inspectedWe have all customers sign the same documents when buying AS-IS

Our dealership does not offer day warranties and that is the main reason why we have customers sign the documents to protect us from this type of slanderWe did not force the customer the buy the vehicleShe chose to buy the vehicle after having someone she knew check out the vehicle , and then signed documents stating she understood she was buying AS-ISThe bank will not cash a post dated checkI am sorry if the customer is confused about the documents she signed, but we are not in business to rip people offWe offer good cars at good prices and that's why the customer bought the vehicleI don't appreciate the slander to our business name

The proper thing for your business to do is fix the vehicle. This is not slander. You sell unreliable cars to rip people off. Verbal contracts are contracts. That lady had us sit in your office as she called someone to approve it. She went as far to bless the truck, and pray with us. She told us it just had new brakes and an oil change. But, on day 2 the engine lite went on. the repair shop said the truck was poorly maintained. That is had not had an oil change. So why is your rep stating all these things? why is she calling you a stand up guy? clearly, if you were, you would honor the verbal contract and fix the truck. So, from my exprerience your business did NOT honor the verbal warranty given to us. If you had been there, then this would make sense becuase I explained to your seller, WE NEED a warranty. This customer bought the vehicle AS-IS, the customer signed two documents stating that she understood she was buying the car AS-IS. Our dealership does not offer 90 day warranties and that is the main reason why we have customers sign the documents to protect us from this type of slander. We did not force the customer the buy the vehicle. She chose to buy the vehicle after having someone she knew check out the vehicle , and then signed documents stating she understood she was buying AS-IS. The bank will not cash a post dated check. I am sorry if the customer is confused about the documents she signed, but we are not in business to rip people off. We offer good cars at good prices and that's why the customer bought the vehicle. I don't appreciate the slander to our business name.

Also, this man told me himself he would hve a mechanic call me to make repairs.
