I just received the letter about the complaintI actually just got off the phone with the customerIt just took a little longer than expected to get the refund processed due to how far back the issue beganAnd I also needed to verify that

Good Morning I would like to first apologize to the Mrs*** for the series of unfortunate events on March 20th, When I spoke with this member she was very upset that she was charged $on March after coming in the month before wanting to cancel, her reasoning for not canceling
the month before was to avoid her month canceling fee of dollars, she was told by a employee to come in on the 6th of march to avoid this feeMrs*** decided to come in on the 17th which is the day we charge all members account there monthly fee per your agreement, this resulted in her being charged for the month of marchWhat I told Mrs*** on the phone was she is not owed a refund because of what her agreement states about cancelations, I told her that when she signed her agreement it says in order to avoid a processed fee she must cancel before the 10th of any month, I have also attached her signed agreement that backs up everything that I am saying.
