Don from DEM has not sent a refund check for a alarm monitoring service he provided

> Don acted upset over it all and came back to me saying he would refund the money but he would need to subtract an addition $early cancellation fee PLUS $95.for a service call he saidI never got a bill for a service callThe unit needed batteries but the new company did thatUnless DEM is charging for the quote on the new radio system, calling it a service callWhatever, I felt trapped and agreed to the $refund
