I am rejecting this response because:Grace Moving has been calling the phone number at my previous address (the address from which I moved) and (apparently)finally left a message thereMy answering machine has not been working for approx one weekA man called me yesterday, January 4, and an appointment has been set for Saturday January @ 1:pm. I have called Grace for months asking why there has been no resolution, only to find out they were calling the old phone number, and advised them of the new number at least or timesThis is no excuse and I believe this has been a stalling tactic Too many appointments set,only to be told I had written down the wrong day.It is not possible to record an appointment time and date wrong that many timesAgain I believe it was a ploy to stall.My expectation is that the appointment onSaturday will include: Fixing stepping stones with new sand beneath,leveling at least two courses of the stones on the two walkwaysHopefully some effort made to match the existing stonesAny corrections needed to fix the porch railings, and replacement of end cap on porch railingAnother examination of maple armoire and decision made as to whether an appropriate repair can be made without further damage done and the method proposed is professionalMonetary settlement for items missing from the moveI may not want to settle for Grace's method of fixing the armoire and will want to have the work done by someone of my choosing and may want to come to a monetary settlement. We are going to pay out a claim to her, which is about 5x more than what the contract statesShe has accepted this as wellOur bookkeeper comes in today so we will have the check sent out today as well. We will also have her sign something saying that she accepts this amount from us and that the issue will then be resolvedWe will send in this document once we receive it
