DEM Ticketing

Review: I had purchased tickets through DEM Ticketing, who had guaranteed the order and delivery. The owner at DEM Ticketing has admitted to failure of being able to deliver the PURCHASED tickets, but he has not provided any refund whatsoever. The last response I had from this merchant was him telling me I needed to contacted my bank and report this as fraud.

I have tried contacting DEM Ticketing to get a refund for what I have purchased and not received, and received no contact from this seller in over a month.

Please note that this purchase was over $3,000 worth of fraudulent tickets. He had even provided me a receipt for which it states the money was intended for.

I now have had to proceed to contacting my bank, and will need to contact the police to file a claim against this merchant.

My bank will most likely be able to refund this money, but I do not think it is right for him to keep the money and continue to fraud other people.Desired Settlement: A full refund for what I had purchased, and not received.

I would also like other consumers to be warned that this is not a legitimate business.
