Review: Hired to rip out old concrete patio and install new concrete patio. As a result of their removal/installation technique, a leak in my basement wall resulted. We have never had water in our basement over 16 years and now as a result of something they did it now leaks water thru an invisible crack along the area where they jack hammered and drilled a barb pipe into our basement wall every time it rains. This a a big problem now and they refuse to do the right thing, they are even happy to walk away from the remaining deposit owed to them upon completion of this job, which was supposed to be when they came and sealed the concrete? Jim and Lance (owners) implied to us that they think those cracks were always there as there were some visible cosmetic cracks on the surface outside the house before they began their work. Where the basement is leaking water has nothing to do with the surface cracks. We did invite them in to see the leak and they said they would try to fix it but they have been ignoring the calls and emailed for months now. Their secretary Michele even told us she can't do anything about it if they don't return the calls????? They obviously know they did something wrong and are trying to avoid this but they must repair any damage to structure per the written contract!!!Desired Settlement: Finish the job and repair what they damaged.
