GoodmorningWe absolutely stand by our first response [redacted] was the name of the person who spent 4hrs in the salon negotiating? prices once agreed upon she paid each time and did not refuse to make payment after explaining why she wanted human hair custom unitsShe did explain that she could not get blonde hair on her own hair because of the undertones being copper red!!!! So insisted on custom wigsI was called in by the manager of the salon to be of assistanceThis is when she explained she was a stripper that works and pays her college by stripping ? so she needed a new Look and wanted human Hair! On the receipt in says no refunds or exchangesYou can not buy a wig wear it and decide you do not want it when it was absolutely liked by the consumer ? by the consumerShe agreed to bring the wigs in person to re-color from South DakotaShe said she would come inthe second week of NovemberShe never brought the wigs to recolor and at this point because she might of let another stylist work on the wigs, I will have to make that decision once she arrivesTo be specific I gave her days to re-color at no additionalfeesThere is no exchanges of refunds and she is wearing these wigsShe said all the girls at the strip club called her mermaid.the hair is european and top of the lineTo be perfectly honest I went beyond and over ? board to help ***Hair Replacement is a serious business and ? we gave her top of the line service.?

The response from Demand Hair is untrueI wish for a full refund because the wigs are not what we agreed upon I absolutely did not agree to an additional $1000, nor are the wigs the quality or color asked forAnd I absolutely never said I was a stripperI am in college for neurocognitive science and had an awful experience in a salon which resulted in dying my blonde hair jet blackThe wigs are to allow me to have my desired color since I am unable to return my hair to its original color which was discussed with Demand Hair. Hi there the client *** came to the salon interested in human Hair Custom units she wanted two units one gray and another dark roots with Ombre gray color at the bottomThe customer was visiting SAN Diego from South Dakota she explain she was a stripper and she wears synthetic wigs but but never
Custom human hair unitsShe spent 4hours in the salon discussing what exactly she wantedAfter the four hours of negotiating price she agreed to pay dollars plus to custom Color both units the hair we use to make these custom units are European virgin blonde hair that would take a total of hours each unit to color only one wig was ready before she return to South Dakota she came to the salon tried on the gray Ombre and wanted it to have darker roots so she agreed to have them mailed to her and she agreed on priceour custom blonde units run $3500-she received a big discount! She received the wigs she called to tell me she loved the hairTwo days later someone at her strip club told her she paid to much so she started sending messages telling us she want a refundWhen there is absolutely no refunds I offered to revolt or what ever she wanted md told me she would bring the wigs back in two weeks we never saw her again her claim are and harassing we stand by our work She has buyers remorse

Custom human hair units. She spent 4hours in the salon discussing what exactly she wanted. After the four hours of negotiating price she agreed to pay 2200 dollars plus 1000 to custom Color both units the hair we use to make these custom units are European virgin blonde hair that would take a total of 5 hours each unit to color only one wig was ready before she return to South Dakota she came to the salon tried on the gray Ombre and wanted it to have darker roots so she agreed to have them mailed to her and she agreed on price. our custom blonde units run $3500-9000 she received a big discount! She received the wigs she called to tell me she loved the hair. Two days later someone at her strip club told her she paid to much so she started sending messages telling us she want a refund.
