king bad companiesYou should not rate favorably business that screw over consumers and rob them and don't finish work, and leave jobs unfinished that were paid for! I have a reply, they haven't corrected the issue as of NOV 5th 2016, I was also not aware of the Revdex.com time limit to respond! Again how can I respond when nothing's been done yet? Demand was called about a possible warranty issue in July Upon inspection we noticed wind damage As a courtesy we tarped the homeowners roof because there was rain in the forecast There is confusion on the life time warranty It is a labor warranty that covers problems
related to faulty installation Having a hole in your roof three years later is not a warranty issue This was obvious storm damage but he didn't want to hear that We offered to help with the repairs at a discounted rate or they could turn it in to their insurance Attached is a copy of our Lifetime Warranty
All work has been completed its just not satisfactory to the Homeowner or myself. The subcontractors are not honoring their work so we will be fixing the issues. I have talked to the Homeowner and will be meeting her next week to fix what is unsatisfactory
We are very sorry the customer had this experience Our roofer did a sub-par job and was let go after that job was completed The Project Manager reported to the office that everything was complete and satisfactory but obviously its not Brad was let go for lack of managing this
and other projects I have contacted the homeowner to come up with an agreeable solution We did get more work than we can handle with the storms this summer and we were understaffed We have since fixed our staffing problem Sorry for bad experience
