Demarco Solar Clothing

Review: As I was a regular customer with Demarco Solar Clothing, I was in the store inquiring about a potential purchase and noticed several people waiting off to the side in the rear of the store, I asked were they waiting on custom items and was told by an employee ([redacted]) that they were waiting on taxes. I inquired about the tax services being provided and was told that I could meet with him by appointment only. I got the number and called for an appointment, I met with [redacted] Tax Services) on 03/27/2013 and he went over my paperwork (W'2s) and confirmed that he could do my taxes and that there is a fee of $160.00 and he would prepare and e-file my return. I gave [redacted] the requested fee, he later requested my prior year return for reference and I took that to him. He told me at that time that the return would be filed. From 04/24/2013-04/26/2013 I attempted to make contact with [redacted] and was unsuccessful, I also was unable to leave a voicemail message as the mailbox was full. I contacted the store to ask if he was in and nobody would talk to me, I contacted IRS to confirm whether or not my taxes were actually filed and the rep. informed me that no taxes were filed and advised that I file a formal complaint to have the issue addressed. I cantacted the Mall Management office and I was informed that Demarco Solar is not authorized to have a tax service in this establishment and it is the owner of the store's responsibility for this fraudulent business to be conducted on their property. It is 04/29/2013 and [redacted] has agreed to return my money and all documents (Personal Identification Information) and did not show up.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner of Demarco Solar penalized for allowing this type of activity to go on in his establishment, ALL of my documents returned as well as my money 160.00 for filing and preparation and additional fees for addressing this matter.I also feel that [redacted] should have charges filed against him for this illegal business that he is conducting.
