We received Mr[redacted] request for a warranty on his Demarini FlipperIn our last communication we asked him for more information regarding the damage so we could determine if this qualifies as a warranty situationWe have not received anything further from Mr[redacted] up to this pointWe would be happy to discuss this further with him, he can contact us at 1-800-937-BATS

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the bat they are claiming is comparable to the bat in question is an aluminum bat which is in no way comparable Demarini carries composite bats with a 3/4" barrel They are the CF Zen Senior League bat, the bat that the Demarini rep recommended and advised was the bat my son needs; the CF Zen JBB bat which is the one that broke within a month of use because it is not made for the pitches being thrown; and CFin a (-10) and (-11) Two of those bats are more expensive than the bat in question and one is less expensive Due to the advertising of the bats this would not even be a problem They have the ability to issue a store credit for the purchase of a bat that is better for my son they just don't want to I am not asking for anything free I am asking for fairness and offering to pay the difference in the price Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The DeMarini Factory Warranty covers the following three items- there are no other warrantiesA severely dented bat for one year from the date of purchaseThe end-plug and knob may be repaired or replaced if found defective for one year from the date of purchaseCracked from use for one year from the date of purchase The customer’s bat was inspected and found to have none of the above listed issues, the warranty isn’t an exchange or refund programThe bat is still covered for the full year under the factory warranty Thanks, Demarini Sports

The bat was received on 6/26/and approved for a voucher in the amount of $that same dayWe apologize for the delay in the issuing of the voucher, however we are unable to provide a refund for a bat purchased from a retailer or reimburse shipping costs Thanks,Demarini Sports
