I removed my Google review on June 11, 2019 because I was asked to by DeMars caseworker. In exchange, he would have the award properly clarified because they failed to do so when it was issued.
This was my original complaint which still stands. They did very little to help and when asked to do more we were told they no longer had jurisdiction. However, they did clarify what they are owed.
Stay away from DeMars because they are not professional in the way they do business.
They are named in an article by citizen.org related to their role in forced arbitration.

DeMars & Associates operating as Net Neutrals was assigned to review an issue I had on a fraudulent vehicle purchase. The vehicle seller paid This company a fee to remove negative feedback on eBay.

They contacted me initially to get my report regarding the transaction with a promise to follow up on the status. I was never contacted again regarding a rebuttal or for further information. Rather, the notice they sent would only direct me to a survey regarding their performance.

They had access to all of the pictures and reports I had sent through eBay, yet without referring to them, they accepted the sellers fee and removed the negative feedback I had left.

This practice effectively is aiding and abetting fraudulent practices on eBay.
