able to see the sign from the roadWe did invoice her for the permit fee which was included in the contract and that was our mistake and it is correctedWe offered to replace and re-letter (2) current panels on the roadway monument sign to give her more visibility from the main roadI explained to her that we do not expect payment for the remaining balance until she is completely satisfied with our remediation of her sign.
