We were indeed out to Mr [redacted] home on 2/and of the doors were not sent to us in the correct size Stacy informed Mr [redacted] that we were going to have to reorder them and again check them before scheduling anything with him The doors were ordered right away and Stacy sent Mr [redacted] an email with an estimated ship date and explained that he would not hear from us again until all doors were received, inspected by our field super and we were ready to schedule When the doors arrived we only received not even though were orderedWe are at the mercy of the Cabinet Company and have no control over their errors Stacy let Mr [redacted] know this situation and once the doors were in, inspected we contacted Mr*** Our field super was out today and finished the job and Mr [redacted] had him look at one additional door which he adjusted and everyone seemed happy with the finally finished product

email message was sent to the consumer this morning in regards to requested resolution As soon as I hear from Mr [redacted] we will begin the process to order the correct cabinets and have them ordered and installed

Jasmine, I can fill you in on what has happened since the January conversationThey send a supervisor out to my home to take measurements and discuss optionsI agreed the cabinets that were installed would work, but needed matching doorsThey took measurements and ordered new doors for all cabinets installedThey promised to keep me updated on the status of the order, delivery and instillation. The did a great job with the first partThey wanted everything delivered to them to double check for accuracy before instillation. I took another day off work to be home for the instillationThey arrived at the promised time and worked for a few hoursWhen they were wrapping up they informed me that of cabinet doors were indeed the wrong doorsI’m not sure how this could happen because they took one of my doors and promised to double check for accuracy. They left and I still have doors that are wrongThey did install the crown molding, but did not trim out the large hole in the cabinet they made for the outlet. I have had no further communication from them in the past almost two weeks. I don’t know if the doors were ordered and how long it till take to complete the work.Thanks*** ***

First of all, *** ***r left the company Oct1st and that is part of the issue with you having no response from the first complaint filed in December. Not sure where those emails are going. I took over the operations of the Phoenix offices Oct and was made aware of the
issue Mr*** had. I tried to call him and when I didn't get thru I sent him an email apologizing for the issues he had had and told him we were crediting his account the last 50% that was owed and for him to contact me with any further concerns. I have never heard from Mr***. Since he paid for cabinets and didn't get the right ones I would like to get the correct ones ordered and installed. We will be in touch with Mr*** to schedule a superintendent out to confirm the correct style, what exactly is wrong with the ones previously ordered and get the correct ones ordered.
