Had to have a new heat pump, and parts were ordered and heat pump installed within days -- right after a snow storm

I have called at 9:30 at night, and talked to a real person, who is anxious to assist. ([redacted] -- she's great!) Had to have a new heat pump, and parts were ordered and heat pump installed within 2 days -- right after a snow storm.
