I am quite puzzle how I was not contacted as for telephone I can not receive calls during hours my employer pays me as for mail mention they need to verify correct address for nothing has been received

Complaint Information: Upon reciept of the complaint, we attempted to contact the consumer via phone and email from which we recieved no responseWe also sent the consumer a letter in the mail containing an apology, full value coupons and cents off coupons

We attempted to contact this consumer at the phone number and email address provided but had no responseWe mailed her an apology letter with some replacement coupons to the address provided.This case is being investigated by our Quality department, but it is difficult for us to draw conclusions
without knowing the lot information from the product
