We purchased a truck from them about months ago At time of purchase the car had low air in tire and they added air before we took it home When we got home tire needed more air The area where the floor mats should have been were covered with paper When we got home we realized no mats were in the car It took over a month to get mats Registration took days We almost couldn't get car inspectors within the right time frame Fast forward monthsCar now has 15,miles on it and two front tires are bald due to alignment We had a flat and come to find d out that part of the jack is missing Sent pictures of tires and jack to dealer and are waiting to hear from them The salesman was not cooperative Hopefully others will be
I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Garavel weeks ago that I still can't drive because it has several safety issuesI have exchanged emails with owner Paul Garavel and he committed to call me on 7/18/to finalize this issue but I did not hear from himFirst, Garavel agreed that I can bring the jeep for repair at another dealershipI sent Paul Garavel the repair estimate and all I got were excuses and jeep was not repairedThen, Paul Garavel agreed to give me the parts from his dealership and that I will take care of the repair but now again all I get are more excusesAll I need is to pick up the parts from his dealership to repair the jeep, as agreedHere is the first email that I sent to Paul Garavel on 7/13/at 11:a.m I left you a voicemail earlier to fill you in on the status of the jeep that I purchased from Garavel Subaru on June 27, around 6:p.mI purchased a Jeep Wrangler for about $20k and paid cast was raining that evening and driving home
On July 6th,I was browsing the internet for a used/pre-owned car too buy, as I entered [redacted] and selected ***,the first car was a [redacted] advertised at Dollars Even though I was surprised, I have decided to subscribe for this carThis subscription has been approved under my name for a total of 4, dollars before tax (document fee and VIN Etching included)When I called the next day to set up an appointment, I talked to an agent who answered all my questions reassuring me that the price will be the same as advertised but when I told that the advertised price was Dollars he has to transfer me to the manager who told me that it was an error, I have explained to him that it's not a verbal mistake, it was advertised as such on the internet going around the world for I don't know how long so he must stand by his price He simply told me that the price is dollars ,if I want the car,I could come over
