Review: I had a new roof installed on my house at the end of summer in 2012, A complete strip and re-shingle. At the end of summer in 2013 I noticed that where I had paid an extra 800.00 to replace one piece of plywood on the front of the house in which they stated that it was rotting out, had lifted up and buckled up the new roof. I had called [redacted] numbers times and left messages with no reply. I then sent him an E-mail on March 23, 2014. He did reply stating that he was away in [redacted] for the winter and would be back in May. Again no reply after that. Now the front roof looks like has gotten worse and other issues are popping up. I will probably have to redo the whole front roof now. It was suppose to be a warranty for 5 years. He defiantly did not live up to the signed contract.Desired Settlement: Replace the front roof.
